COUPLE’S EXPERIENCE: PRIVATE SITE INSPECTION: Wedding couples receive a personal site inspection of the resort to help choose ceremony and reception location options.

ONE-ON-ONE: All questions are answered in a private meeting with the resort’s wedding coordinator to ensure the couple’s vision for the wedding day is realized.

RECEIVE CREDIT : After the site inspection, the couple receives a credit towards wedding extras for the wedding events, bachelorette/ bachelor party or the honeymoon if they book within 30 days of the return date.

Wedding couple can obtain this special rate by contacting their travel agent, tour operator or hotel directly for the couple to be eligible for the credits. Zoëtry Resorts & Spas 13 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

The following list of legal requirements are needed only for legal marriage. The Zoëtry Villa Rolandi Isla Mujeres Cancun wedding coordinator must receive the following documents to begin the application for marriage in the Civil Registry Office.

All documents must be translated into Spanish. To be valid, translation must be done in Mexico.

Requirements:

• Tourist Card - You will receive these upon arrival at Cancun International Airport.

• Bride(s) Groom(s) Birth Certificates

• Valid Passports

• Blood tests must be taken in Mexico and must be taken no more than 14 days prior to ceremony to be valid. The blood will be tested for HIV, STD's and blood type.

• Four witnesses

• A Legal Form must be completed with the names, addresses, nationalities, ages, occupations and relationship to Bride(s) and Groom(s). The wedding coordinator will provide couple with the form.

• The Marriage Certificate must be sent through a validation process in order to make it legal outside of Mexico. Once the document is apostilled and translated into English the Wedding Coordinator will send the document to the Bride(s) and Groom(s)’ home address.

• *NEW LEGAL REQUIREMENT! Special Certificate (CIR). Please send two months prior the wedding scanned copies of the bride(s) and groom(s) passport and birth certificates to request a NON marriage letter by Quintana Roo State. This letter certifies the couple does not have a previous marriage registered in the State of Quintana Roo. This Certification letter has an additional fee. Please check with the Wedding Coordinator for details.

• If someone is divorced, they must send a scanned copy of the Divorce Decree and Birth Certificate Apostil, so the resort can send it to be translated in Spanish by a certified translator in Mexico.

None of the above mentioned services are included in any of the Zoëtry Wedding Packages.
