It is the intent of the State that all or a 6 portion of the costs of projects funded by appropriations made 7 in this Act from the Capital Development Fund, the School 8 Construction Fund, the Anti-Pollution Fund, the Transportation 9 Bond Series A Fund, the Transportation Bond Series B Fund, the 10 Coal Development Fund, the Transportation Bond Series D Fund, 11 and the Build Illinois Bond Fund will be paid or reimbursed 12 from the proceeds of tax-exempt bonds subsequently issued by 13 the State. 14 ARTICLE 1 15 DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY 16 Section 15.
