It is situated less than a mile from M75 heading into the Village of Walloon. The hills of the North Shore provide a spectacular view, day and night, added with the ever changing color of the water. The view can be seen from the screened in front porch or the side deck. Both are provided with table and chairs for relaxing. In addition the porch has a glider where you can sip your coffee while admiring the view. There is also a rear patio with a grill for barbeques. The new dock has a sun deck with lounge chairs. From the dock you can swim to the swim raft for additional sun bathing. Dockage available for your boat. The kitchen and separate dining room are light and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. There are three bedrooms off the main hallway. A queen size bed is in the first room with a bathroom, shower and washer/dryer. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each and a separate P a g e | 5 bathroom with tub and shower. Linens are provided (no swim towels). The living area has Cable TV, DVD and Wi-Fi for nighttime entertaining. No smoking and no pets. Limit 6 people including children. All other times are spoken for. My cottage is nestled less than 100 feet from the lake at water level, which makes it easy to watch kids at the active shoreline. A maximum of 7 people is allowed. No pets and no smoking on the premises. The main floor consists of a large living/dining room, a side game/reading room, a half bathroom and a thoroughly modern kitchen. upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: master bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with shower; another bedroom with twin beds; a 3rd bedroom sleeping only one person; and a bathroom with shower/bathtub. Cottage has a new kitchen, garage and a full wood burning fireplace which is used year- round. Combination office, mud room and laundry with washer and dryer available for use. Cottage has full Wifi, cable and computer. New appliances in kitchen, including stove, refrigerator and dishwasher and new quartz countertop. Fully stocked kitchen includes toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave. Towels and sheets are included. The breakdown of the bedrooms is: the 1st has 1 queen bed, 2nd, two twin beds and the 3rd has 1 queen and twin bunk beds. The 2 bathrooms are both full baths. There is a gas grill and outdoor fire pit and a large yard for games and activities. 105ft of lakefront with a front deck to watch the sunsets and also has a full dock; canoe, kayak and paddle boat are available to rent. No pets allowed. No smoking. They use this information to determine how much fish is safe to eat per month. • The ESF Guide is not a rulebook. These are only guidelines to help you make safer choices for you and your family. You are not required to use it.
