Rocca and Browne named co-sponsors ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 4135 AN ACT to make appropriations to the department of natural resources; to provide for the acquisition of land; to provide for the development of public recreation facilities; to provide for the powers and duties of certain state agencies and officials; and to provide for the expenditure of appropriations. The People of the State of Michigan enact: Sec. 1.
