NOTICE TO HOLDERS

30,000 EUR "Athena Quotidien" Certificates relating to LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE Share due 14 August 2025

This Notice is dated 12 August 2020 and should be read in conjunction with the Final Terms dated 29 June 2020 in respect of the Certificates. Any information not updated or amended herein should be regarded as unchanged.

Further to the public offer in France by BNP Paribas Arbitrage Issuance B.V. (the Issuer) of 30,000 EUR "Athena Quotidien" Certificates relating to LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE Share due 14 August 2025, referred to here above, the total number of Certificates to be issued is 30,000 Certificates (i.e. EUR 30,000,000) at an issue price of 100% per Certificate. The Issue Date of the Certificates is 14 August 2020.

Holders are informed that on pages 3 to 4 of the Final Terms in § 12 Final Payout, on page 6 in § 40 Knock-in Event, on page 8 in §42 (g) Automatic Early Redemption it should be noted that:

“Underlying Reference Strike Price” means EUR 374.

Holders are also informed that a modification of technical nature in the provisions stipulated in the Final Terms has occurred. Consequently, the Issuer, in accordance with Condition 9.5 (Modifications) wishes to modify the Final Terms to provide such modification of technical nature:
