From cafeterias that feed more than 2,000 people daily to coffee stands, snack bars, vending machines, and custom-catered functions, Lessing’s provides the complete range of food services to satisfy every client’s specific needs. Our cafeteria facilities are operated on either a profit-and-loss, management fee or subsidy basis, depending upon specific client requirements.
