Sushi Bar Station (Minimum 60 guests) (Guests can select from the following made-to-order sushi by our well trained sushi chef of Maguro, Ika, Ebi, Tako, Sake, Hamachi, Ikura, Masago, California Temaki Hand Roll and Spicy Tuna Temaki)

Carving Stations (Minimum 100 guests) Garlic Herb Roasted Prime Rib (Slowly Roasted Garlic Herb Prime Rib served with one choice of Potato rolls, Hawaiian Sweet Bread rolls, or Taro rolls and accompanied with Au Jus and a creamed horseradish sauce)

Roast Lamb Gyros (Slowly Roasted Garlic Herb Lamb carved to thin slices to be placed in a pita bread with a choice of topping of thin slice tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and topped with tzatiziki sauce)

Honey Glazed Ham (Slowly Roasted Honey Glazed Ham served with one choice of Potato rolls, Hawaiian Sweet Bread rolls, or Taro rolls and accompanied with Aioli and Dijon )

Island Style “Saimin” Station (Minimum 60 guests) (Hawaii Own S & S Saimin pre- portion with Saimin noodles, Char Sui, Scramble egg, , and topped with Green Onion. Just add the S & S hot and eat right out of the S & S saimin bowl)

Hawaiian Style “Kalua Pork” Sandwich Station (Minimum 60 guests) Hawaiian “Imu Style” Kalua Pork marinated in it’s own sauce and comes with freshly baked potato rolls and serves with a Guava BBQ sauce on the side

Fish Taco or Korean Beef Taco (Minimum 60 guests) (A choice of one of either bread fish or Korean style beef serve with it own vegetables. For fish tacos it is serve with sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese and top with our tropical fruit salsa. For Korean style beef taco it is serve with shredded Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts and julienne carrots namul and top with our Kokujun aioli sauce)
