Lenny Brunson SVP & Chief Information Officer, Covenant Physician Partners Lenny joined Covenant Physician Partners, Inc., in July 2018 and oversees information services strategy and operations. Covenant Physician Partners, Inc. is a privately held physician services company that owns and operates a variety of healthcare facilities including ambulatory surgery centers, anesthesia companies, anatomic pathology labs, and physician practices. Lenny has more than 30 years of experience in information technology with 20 years in executive leadership positions, including 11 years as a healthcare CIO. He holds the distinguished designation of Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) from the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), where he also serves on various committees including the Opioid Task Force, the CHCIO Advisory Board, and as a CHIME Foundation Partner liaison. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Josh Chapman Chief Global Brand Officer, SmileDirectClub Josh is a creative, branding, and marketing professional with over 17 years of experience in the field. He joined SmileDirectClub in March 2016 as Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for creating the brand identity and acquisition strategy, and currently serves as the Chief Global Brand Officer. In this role, Josh acts as a strategic visionary for designing and deploying effective brand strategies across the globe and leading the innovation pipeline for SmileDirectClub’s new products. Josh is the brand advisor for SmileDirectClub’s entire portfolio and effectively leads a high performing team by delivering regional and product-specific marketing strategies. Previously, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Tommie Copper and Marketing & Creative Director and Director of Public Relations at Spiewak. W. Kirby Davis, Jr. Chief Operating Officer & Dir. of Property Management, Freeman Webb Before joining Freeman Webb in 2014, Kirby served as President of First Management Services based in Nashville, TN – managing approximately 5,000 multifamily units in , as well as over 700,000 s.f. of shopping centers. Prior to his tenure in property management, Kirby received his law degree from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he graduated Order of the Coif. He then served as a law clerk to the Honorable L. Clure Morton, District Judge from 1983 to 1985. After completing his clerkship, Kirby worked in New York as an attorney in the offices of William S. Friedman. Kirby is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and several of the federal circuits. He is past President of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and the Tennessee Apartment Association. He serves on the board of the Nashville Downtown Partnership and in 2013 was named Volunteer of the Year by the Nashville Downtown Partnership as part of the How's Nashville team focused on ending homelessness.

Nancy Everitt Founder & Chief Executive Officer, HEOPS, Inc.

Nancy is Founder and CEO of HEOPS, Inc., an organization led by PMI certified project management professionals that create access to health services for vulnerable populations, Medicaid, Medicaid and Duals by designing, contracting/ credentialing provider networks for the nation’s best health plans. Nancy received a Bachelor of Science in Communications Economics from Arkansas Statue University and her MBA from The University of Memphis.

Sara Hoover Principal, SFH Consulting Originally from California, Sara moved to Nashville with Nissan in 2006. She is a tax attorney and with Nissan managed the federal tax planning function. She left Nissan in 2019. Prior to Nissan, Sara was an attorney with the Atlantic Richfield Company and , Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles. In Los Angeles she served on the board, and as interim executive director of My Friend's Place, a resource center for homeless youth. In Nashville she has served as board member and chair of Oasis Center (at-risk youth), as board member and treasurer of the Nashville Repertory Theater, and as board member and chair of Edgehill Neighborhood Partnership (poverty, at-risk youth and affordable housing). She is a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, MA and University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA.

Janet Jones Chief Innovation Officer, General Board of Higher Education and Ministry

The General Board of Higher Education and Ministry (GBHEM) leads and serves The United Methodist Church in educating, nurturing, and preparing leaders for the church and the world. He started his career in the staffing industry twenty-eight years ago, while completing his bachelor's degree in Business Management. You may have seen RJ previously on radio and TV, serving as the public voice for the State of Tennessee, Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Meteorologist Nikki-Dee Ray can be seen weekdays on Middle Tennessee’s number one morning show, News Channel 5 This Morning. The Tennessee Valley native attended Auburn University and Mississippi State University where she graduated with a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences. While she has always been passionate about weather, what she is most passionate about is serving her community. She and her husband, fellow board member David Wren, are passionate about organizations that provide a hand-up to people in need. Nikki-Dee and her husband have two children and spend most weekends making memories with them and their family in the area.

Dr. Contrecia Tharpe Chief Storyteller & Strategist, neulMC

Contrecia is a marketing and communications professional with over ten years’ experience in the industry. She has worked with national and international brands, businesses and individuals in the non-profit, sports, entertainment, small business and education sectors. With a passion for client success and growth, Contrecia works to create stable brand foundations, optimized brands and maximized opportunities. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at Nashville's Lipscomb University where she teaches a course on the analysis and assessment of current and past public relations campaigns. Jason Weaver Managing Director, Compass Point Research

Jason is a 17-year accomplished financial professional in the institutional investment community serving as a financial analyst and portfolio manager. He started his career with Citadel LLC, and has since been with UBS, Sterne Agee, Wedbush Securities, and most recently was a Managing Director at Compass Point covering the real estate finance and services industries. Jason lives in the Nashville area with his wife and two daughters.

Dr. Michael A. Wiechart Executive Vice President & CEO, TeamHealth

Michael is currently executive vice president and COO of TeamHealth, a national leader in outsourced professional clinical staffing. Prior to joining TeamHealth in 2017, he served as CEO of two national health systems including RCCH Healthcare Partners and Capella Healthcare. He was a founding member of LifePoint Health. Originally from Richmond, VA, David graduated from the University of Virginia where he swam on the varsity team. He's been in the recruiting industry all his career and launched his own firm, Wren Consulting, in 2017. David brings experience in recruiting, interview coaching, resume writing, and executive outreach to Shelters 2 Shutters. David and his wife, fellow board member Nikki-Dee Ray, are passionate about organizations that provide a hand-up to those in need and opportunities to historically neglected groups of people. David enjoys outdoor sports, craft beer and bourbon, and spending free time with his wife and two children.
