However, there can be some differences between airlines. This report details what airlines in the Middle East currently require. Major carriers Airline Seating adjustment Emirates Masks must be worn from check-in, and gloves are recommended too. Masks must be kept on at all times during boarding and on board the aircraft. Depending on regulations at the destination, passengers may also be required to wear gloves or other personal protective equipment (PPE). Etihad Airways All passengers, including children aged 6 years or older, must wear a face mask at the airport and for the duration of the flight. While passengers are advised to bring enough masks for their trip, the airline provides a spare in the Wellness Kit given to all travelers. It also carries limited spare masks on board aircraft. You may need to change terminals, so plan for this travel time when making your flight arrangements. Flight Reservation Guidelines: • Your domestic flight to program should arrive no later than 3:45pm on July 1. Your domestic flight home from program should depart no earlier than 8:15pm on August 1. Flights are often delayed, so the more time between your international and domestic flights, the better. • Do not book your reservation as an unaccompanied minor - Experiment staff and group leaders are unable to meet each student individually when their flight arrives, so please do not make a reservation that requires a pickup. • If you are 14 or younger, please do not book a reservation on United, American Airlines, or Delta.     1. Introduction This Operational Readiness Test Guide outlines the scope, procedures and schedule of activities for the Operational Testing of New FPLs associated with Amendment 1 to PANS-ATM. The “Operational Readiness Test” for the new ICAO FPL 2012 Format (FPL) and its associated messages (DLA, CNL, CHG) will take place on October 23rd between 08:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC. Note: Early filing of the flight plans is permissible. 2. Scope The testing activities described in this document are intended to address the flight planning changes introduced as a result of Amendment 1 to PANS-ATM, ICAO Doc 4444. This document describes only the testing activities involving airspace users. 3. Co-ordination Overall co-ordination of 2012 testing activities will be achieved via the ICAO secretariat of the INFPL STG. All testing results and experience will be shared with the INFPL STG participants. 4.
