Freedom to lead: a study of outstanding primary school leadership in England Technical annex: Findings from schools October 2014 Isos Partnership These are 18 case studies designed to reflect real-life examples of outstanding primary leadership. Together, the case studies provide the substance of a summary report: Freedom to lead: a study of outstanding primary school leadership in England. The content of the case study is derived entirely from information provided by the school mainly through interviews, supplemented by extracts from relevant Ofsted reports.
