Noonan, Bishop of Orlando We received word from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) Most Rev. Felipe J. Mission Statement The primary purpose of St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary is to provide a human, spiritual, academic, and pastoral formation program to prepare candidates for the Roman Catholic priesthood.
