Steps to Wellbeing (S2W) S2W continue to offer a wide range of predominantly online treatment options, including courses, computerized CBT, and therapy via telephone for people who have a high clinical need and are unable to use online resources. Service users are encouraged to continue to self-refer via the telephone or website (www.stepstowellbeing.co.uk).
