The service has the capacity to significantly increase the number of telephone lines it operates and will be the main point of contact for mental health crisis support during this period. Connections are a round-the-clock helpline for people of all ages, anywhere in Dorset, who are experiencing mental health issues and need support. The number offers 24/7

Steps to Wellbeing (S2W) S2W continue to offer a wide range of predominantly online treatment options, including courses, computerized CBT, and therapy via telephone for people who have a high clinical need and are unable to use online resources. Service users are encouraged to continue to self-refer via the telephone or website (www.stepstowellbeing.co.uk). The Dorset Self-Management Service supports people living with health conditions and carers. The service is coordinated by Help & Care and is NHS funded. There is personal health coaching, advice and practical support to access groups, activities and services.
