Sub: Request for submission of price proposal for Office Table Stationery/Computer Consumables. Prime Bank intends to purchase various office/table stationery and computer consumables from bonafied suppliers/importers/sellers throughout the year. With this end in view, a panel of suppliers will be selected through competitive quotation. Detailed list of stationery and computer consumables are enclosed. Sl. Name Remarks 01 Office & Table Stationery Detailed list enclosed 02 Computer Consumables Detailed List enclosed Terms & Conditions: 1.Panel of suppliers: Prime Bank will maintain a panel of suppliers in order to purchase stationery items as and when required up to a specified time period not less than 3 months. The supplier shall provide immediate response either by phone,e‐mail,and fax or by person to any of the Purchaser’s queries related to support and service. 2.Frequency of Purchase: No formal purchase order will be issued. Rather Prime Bank’s standard requisition form will be sent to selected supplier and the supplier will have to deliver the requisitioned items to various users. This will be done usually twice a week. However ,in case of urgent need, suppliers must have the capacity to supply requisitioned items every day. 3.Delivery:The vendor shall deliver the product to the respective Division/Branch of the Bank. 4.Price Validity: The bidder should mention a specific validity date of the prices which shall not be less than 3 months. 5.Change of inferior quality/defective goods: In case of supply of inferior quality/defective goods, any change request by Prime Bank must be entertained. 6.No Obligation: The Bank shall not be bound or under any obligation to accept the lowest quotation. 7. Payment :a) Payment will be made upon receipt of bill from the vendor, Delivery chalan as proof of delivery must be submitted along with bill. b) Bank will deduct VAT & AIT as per govt rules. 8. After going through the terms & conditions, if you are interested to participate in the bidding process: a)Please Download and print this request letter and the enclosed list of items. b)Please quote your price using our enclosed list of items which must bear seal of your company and signature of your company’s authorized representative and must be submitted at the the tender box kept at the following address on 29.04.13 from 10.30a.m to 3.00p.m No quotations shall be dropped before or after this time period.
