The SEAC will have the right and the responsibility of stipulating additional TOR in specific Projects considering its project features. B. The State Expert Appraisal Committee will consider the project proposals for prior EC, in its meeting to be held on 7/09/18 at 10.30 A.M. at M.P. Pollution Control Board, E-5, Arera Colony, Bhopal. The Project proponents are requested to attend the meeting in person or depute a competent person having proper & full background of the proposed project with proper authorization in writing Capacity-Authority Letter), who can explain the project and also respond to the queries & offer his views on suggestions made by the committee. Such person would be required to make a presentation on the salient features of the project, the related environmental issues, risk assessment and proposed Environmental Management Plan. His commitment before the committee will be treated as your commitment. C. E. Kindly send a brief write up of project/executive summary of the project (maximum three page, in word format) and the name of the consultant with the Sl. No. in the QCI/NABET list in a week’s time by e-mail to the following addresses: [email protected] & [email protected] atleast 03 days prior to the SEAC meeting mentioning case number and agenda meeting number with date. F. In accordance with the circular no. J-11011/618/2010-IA.II (I) dated 30.5.2012, in case of expansion project and or renewal of mine lease for which environment clearance was issued earlier, the project proponent shall submit a certified report of the status of compliance of the conditions stipulated in the environment clearance for the on-going / existing operations of the project by the Regional Offices of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

The physical and chemical parameters were analyzed as per APHA, revealed that there were fewer variations in the physicochemical parameters and results received through the entire one year of study showed that the status of water quality is quite normal and within the permissible limit as mentioned with ISI.Moreover, according to the findings of this research and their comparison with the national and international water quality guidelines/standards, it could be said that the water quality of Punasa dam during the study period was acceptable. However, due to the changes occurred in nitrate and phosphorus and extensive development of eutrophication problem, accurate and continuous evaluation of water quality in this reservoir is deemed necessary. No entity with which the United States government has limited or prohibited certain economic or trade activities (such entity, a “restricted entity”), including but not limited to any entity listed in the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (https://home.treasury.gov/policy-issues/office-of-foreign-assets- control-sanctions-programs-and-information) or subject to any enforcement action under Section 307 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. § 1307) (prohibiting the importation of merchandise produced by forced or indentured labor), shall be eligible for certification to any Textile Exchange standard. In the event that a certified party is identified as a restricted entity, the certification body shall immediately notify Textile Exchange and withdraw the certification of such restricted entity. Textile Exchange maintains a separate listing for farms which have received an automatic 180-day ban from RDS, RWS, or RMS certification due to critical non-conformities, ASR-226 List of Farms Banned for Critical Non-Conformities.
