Action Pending Index NYS Register/November 10, 2004 Action Pending Index ACTION PENDING INDEX The action pending index is a list of all proposed rules For additional information concerning any of the which are currently being considered for adoption. A proposals listed in the action pending index, use the proposed rule is added to the index when the notice of identification number to locate the text of the original proposed rule making is first published in the Register.A notice of proposed rule making.
