Olomoucké tvarůžky (Olomouc Curd Cheese) – the small, circular-shaped “tvarůžky“ is the only truly original Czech cheese. It is a special cheese with a typical smell, made from fat- free sour curd and salt. The production of Olomoucké tvarůžky started at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries.
