Changes in the Registers and Certificates of Registrations and Subsequent Publications in Electoral Rolls.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 19 of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy System of Medicine and practitioners of Homoeopathy Act, 1971 and delegation of powers of the council in Sections 15,19,21 and Rule 14 to the enquiry committee held on 21-2-2019 in Agenda No. 4, the enquiry committee notify in pursuance of the minutes drawn in the meetings held on 30-4-2018 in Agenda No. 2 and 15th July 2019 in Agenda No. 2 and on 6th September 2019 in Agenda No. 3 that the following Registration Numbers Registered under Section 15(i)(b) (ii)of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homoeopathy Act, 1971 published in the Issue No 21-A , Supplement to Part VI—Section 1 dated May 31, 1978 found Fraudulently impersonated. The changes in the Registers and Certificates of Registrations and Subsequent publications in electoral rolls in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette are cancelled and the action taken by the Registrar is approval and ratified.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 19 of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy System of Medicine and practitioners of Homoeopathy Act, 1971 and delegation of powers of the council in Section 15,19,21 and Rule 14 to the enquiry committee held on 21-2-2019 in Agenda No 4, the enquiry committee Meetings held on 29th July 2019 Agenda No 1, 2 and 3; 20th August 2019 in Agenda No 1 and 2 and 6th Sep 2019 Agenda No 1 and 2 notify that an attempt to obtain the 2D barcode Registration Certificate had been made in the following Registration Numbers illegally and with impersonated bogus certificate fraudulently are deleted as follows The changes in the Registers and Certificates of Registrations and subsequent publications in electoral rolls in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette are cancelled. The action taken by the Registrar in this regard are approved and ratified. The following Registration number already published in the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Register in the Issue No 21-A , Supplement to PART VI—Section 1 dated May 31, 1978 are cancelled with immediate effect.
