Mark Wedel, Commissioners Laurie Westerlund, Donald Niemi, Anne Marcotte, Brian Napstad, County Administrator Jessica Seibert, Temporary Administrative Assistant Nikki Knutson and newly appointed Administrative Assistant Katie Gonzalez. Motion made by Commissioner Napstad, seconded by Commissioner Niemi and carried, Approved Agenda all voting yes to approve the July 27,2Q21 agenda. AITKIN COUNTY HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES Health & Human BOARD MEETING Services Attendance The Aitkin County Board of Commissioners met this 27lh day of July 2021, at g:05 a.m. as the Aitkin County Health & Human Services Board, with the following members present: Commissioners Brian Napstad, J. Mark Wedel, Anne Marcotte, Don Niemi, and Laurie Westerlund. Others present included: Accounting Supervisor Carli Goble, Public Health Supervisor Erin Melz, Financial Services Supervisor Jessi Goble (VlA WebEx), Children's Services Supervisor Jessi Schultz (VlA WebEx), County Administrator Jessica Seibert, Assistant to the County Administrator Katie Gonzalez, Paul Vold, KKIN (VlA WebEx), and Payroll Technician Nikki Knutson. Agenda Motion by Commissioner Napstad , seconded by Commissioner Marcotte and carried, all members present voting yes to approve the July 27 ,2021 Health & Human Services Board agenda as presented. Minutes Motion by Commissioner Marcotte , seconded by Commissioner Westerlund and carried, all members present voting yes to approve the June 22, 2021 Health and Human Services Board minutes. Bills Carli noted normal monthly bills this month, nothing out of routine. Commissioner Napstad requested additional information related to Supervised Visitation bills. Cynthia will follow up with additional information regarding breakdown of spending for this service. Motion by CommissionerWesterlund, seconded by Commissioner Napstad and carried all members present voting yes to approve the bills. Director Update Cynthia gave legislative updates on status of waivers, the DHS billing error resolution, and increase in Public Health funding. She noted that the 2021 proposed budget draft is complete and will be reviewed with the county administrator this week. Provided an update regarding the open administrative assistant position and information on the re- Page I of5 AITKIN COUNTY BOARD July 27,2021 design project HHS is working on for the building remodel. Erin Melz, Public Health Supervisor gave a brief update on COVID -19 status. Financial Report Carli Goble provided a quarter 1 and 2 financial update. At the end of quarter 2 HHS should be at around 50o/o for both expenditures and revenues. Currently expenditures are at 44o/o and revenue is at 53 %. Contract Purchase of Service Agreement for the Transportation of Children and Youth in Foster Care Placement Motion by Commissioner Marcotte seconded by Commissioner Niemi and carried all members present voting yes to approve the contract. Committee Reports Lakes & Pines Update Commissioner Niemi stated that they had their first in person meeting, applications were high for assistance, anyone approved for heating assistance will receive 1200.00 for the year VS 600.00, relayed that hours have been extended for additional access starting in October and noted that those seeking assistance can call 1-800-832-6082. A defensive driver looks out for the actions of other drivers and anticipates potential problems. LANE MARKINGS Lane markings separate traffic and alert drivers when it is permissible to pass other vehicles. Yellow Lane Markings Yellow lane markings separate multiple lanes of traffic going in opposite directions. You may cross a broken yellow line to pass another vehicle when it is safe, but you should not cross a solid yellow line except to turn. Two-lane road with a solid yellow line Two-lane road with a broken Four-lane road with a solid yellow line yellow line White Lane Markings White lane markings separate multiple lanes of traffic going in the same direction. Most roads with more than two lanes have broken white lines to separate the lanes. You may cross a broken white line when it is safe to change lanes, but you should not cross a solid white line. Three lanes of traffic with broken white lines CHANGING LANES AND PASSING OTHER VEHICLES Change only one lane at a time. When changing lanes to prepare for a turn, you must signal your intention to do so at least 200 feet prior to changing lanes or turning. Your signal distance must be at least 300 feet before the turn if you are operating a vehicle in a speed zone of at least 50 miles per hour. Do not weave in and out of lanes, which will greatly increase your risk of an accident.

LUCA CAGLIERO MATTIA CARA prof. PAOLO GARZA MARCH 2020 Abstract Word embeddings are nowadays widely deployed in a large number of Natural Lan- guage Processing tasks. A word embedding is used to map each word belonging to a corpus, into a vector space, keeping semantic and syntactic properties. They are used in different implementations such as sentiment analysis, topic extraction, Part- Of-Speech tagging and of course document summarization. The focus of this thesis is towards this last job: the object is to extrapolate, given a collection of articles, the most relevant sentences to provide the reader only a limited set of information but hopefully the most meaningful. Particularly, the scope of this work is to empirically show that a domain-specific word embedding is able to extract a better summary with respect to a general-purpose one. A general-purpose word embedding is obtained after a training phase in which the input corpus is made of texts of various nature. On the other side, a domain-specific word embedding is trained using only documents that are treating that particular do- main. The idea behind is that, training a word embedding with documents belonging to the same domain will produce a better representation of all the words related to that argument, because, with respect to a non specific text, they are present more often and used in a more specific context. Other than that, a domain-specific embedding is capable to handle better words having multiple meanings: instead of treating each meaning with the same weight, the one linked to the precise domain will receive more relevance.

Guy Bishop Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead? (1 Cor. 15:29) ALTHOUGH THE BIBLE briefly mentions vicarious baptism, the belief was not a part of mid-nineteenth-century American religions. Even such denominations as the Disciples of Christ (Campbellites), who professed to find the "law" for Christian life and worship spelled out within the New Testament, offered no response to the Apostle Paul's reference to baptism for the dead (Ahlstrom 1972, 447-49). It was left to Joseph Smith and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to establish a doctrinal stance on the subject. In an epistle to the early saints of Corinth, Paul mentioned vicari- ous baptism in relation to the resurrection and as a way to overcome humankind's "last enemy"—death. This final victory was also a great concern to the Latter-day Saints in Nauvoo. Many Saints had died in the Mormon War in Missouri during 1838 and in malaria-ridden M.
