Desta forma, fica obrigatória a aceitação dos animais adquiridos com todas as falhas que eventualmente possuam, exceto as mencionadas na lista abaixo: A) - OCD (Osteo Condrite Dissecans) B) - Fraturas / Fissuras C) - Lesões císticas D) - Incoordenação motora PROBLEMAS RESPIRATÓRIOS – Os eventuais problemas de trato respiratório diagnosti- cados por endoscopia não serão, em hipótese alguma, motivo para devolução ou rescisão de venda. Os interessados deverão proceder previamente ao exame dos animais. Caso seja do interesse do vendedor, para evitar muitos exames em seus animais, este poderá requerer junto aos Vendedores ou à PROTURFE, mediante pagamento de taxa, que sejam feitos e disponibilizados vídeos de seus produtos. EXAME PÓS-VENDA – Os compradores terão o prazo de 48 (quarenta e oito) horas úteis para examinar suas compras e apontar, por escrito, dentro deste prazo, à ABCPCC e à PROTURFE, eventuais problemas constantes da listagem acima. Havendo concordância do criador/vendedor, ficará rescindida a compra efetuada. Não havendo concordância, o caso será decidido pela junta Veterinária indicada pelABCPCC and PROTURFE, composta por 3 (três) médicos-veterinários, e cuja decisão será sempre final. If there is NO agreement from the vendor, case will be judged by a Veterinary Commitee designed by ABCPCC and PROTURFE, formed by 3 (three) veterinarians, whose decision will be final. Parágrafo único – Lembramos aos interessados que procedam com antecedência a devida revisão dos animais, pois, uma vez na pista, a distância impede muitas vezes a verificação de detalhes, somente visíveis de perto, e reclamações desta natureza não serão aceitas. The three-year-old Cape Cross colt, owned by breeder Anthony Oppenheimer and trained by John Gosden in Newmarket, captured Britain's premier Classic, the Investec Derby, over 12 furlongs at Epsom Downs impressively on June 6 after being supplemented following a runaway Betfred Dante Stakes success at York in May. If successful at Ascot on July 25, Golden Horn would also become the fourth horse capture the Derby, Eclipse and King George in the same year.
