Contact Name: Booking Confirmation & Payment: Bookings will be provisionally held for a maximum of 7 days until the booking form is completed, signed & returned. A deposit of £15 per head will be taken & you will receive Contact Number: booking confirmation.

Email Address: Cancellations: Event bookings that are cancelled more than two weeks in advance will receive a full deposit refund. Should your booking be cancelled less than two weeks in advance the deposit will be forfeited. Fifty percent of the final food bill will be charged should an event booking be cancelled within 72 hours of the event date. The £15 deposit will be kept by Flora Indica per guest that does not show & that you have FUNCTION DETAILS notified us about.

Function Type/Food Package: Final Payment: Flora Indica accepts cash or card payments. The full balance must be settled in advance when possible or at latest on the day of the event. Should any costs remain after the event, the credit card details Start Times: provided on booking may be used.

Number of Guests: Food Selection & Final Numbers: Final numbers & food selections, dietary requirements must be provided no less than ten days prior to the event. Food Service Time: Length of Functions: The length of the function will be determined before the event & in conjunction with Cocktails: trading hours.

Damage: The client (you) will be accountable for any loss or damage caused to the premise by any guests at your event. CREDIT CARD DETAILS Music: There are a variety of music options available, depending on the area booked. The volume & style of Cardholder: music will ultimately be at the manager’s discretion.

Card Type: Decorations: Our Events Team will assist in theming your event with appropriate decorations, flowers etc. at an additional charge. We can suggest specialists with whom we regularly work. Please note that all Card Number: decorations are at the Events Team’s discretion.
