The double yellow lines are being introduced to remove parked vehicles from Magenta Way in the vicinity of the new school, this will help ensure that it is safer for the pupils attending the school. The school keep clear will prohibit vehicles from stopping outside the front of the school during the school day and this make it easier and safer for pedestrians to cross the road to reach the school. The bus stop clearway is required for the new bus service which is to serve the new housing development.
