Member Terms PROGRAM FRAMEWORK

The 2019 PDE Program is designed to enable a stronger partnership between your business and RB by helping you drive incremental growth and offering you great rewards!

1) Right product range to drive Category sales in your store:

 Stock RB’s best-selling SKUs as per the attached core range list

 Take minimum buys of all new lines to provide new-news for your shoppers

2) Right shelf:

 Maintain minimum RB Brand share of shelf in line with market share to enable our market-leading brands to deliver the best returns for you

 Implementation / continuation of Scholl Footzone to drive ease of shop and improved engagement in the key category of Footcare

3) Right display:

 A prepack floor bin OR gondola end display must be maintained each month to align your store displays with our key promotional periods, driving incremental purchases for you

4) Right recommendation:

 Detailing support will be provided by our store representatives, along with online training modules to assist your staff with training & development needs

Our 2019 detailing plan involves 2 components: ‘i-Therapeutics’ online training modules: iTherapeutics.com.au Our marketing brand teams are developing 8 online training modules to ensure pharmacists & pharmacy assistants are well trained and educated in key categories and brands. Participants will also receive CPD accredited points where relevant. Please note: When new modules are ready, we will inform you via the email you have provided on the sign up form

In-store detailing: In addition to the online training modules, our field representatives will provide in-store support to assist with product detailing.

Note: To be eligible for a 2% growth rebate, you must have or more members of your store complete all 8 of the online learning modules. Compliance to agreed training will be measured via iTherapeutics platform and provided by your RB representative on a bi-monthly basis. 2019 NEW LINES

NPDs are an integral part of RB, consistently bringing new innovative solutions into the market. As part of PDE terms, you are required to accept an allocation for the minimum buy for all NPDs. Your RB representative will provide you with an updated NPD guide in January 2019 with detail on each of the required new lines.

You understand that if you do not grow at +5% vs. 2018 PDE period, or complete the required training then you will not be eligible for the 2% Growth Rebate. Additionally, you understand that if you do not stock the required core range and accept allocations of all NPD means that you will no longer be able to participate in the PDE program and receive the discounts of the program.
