The year 2014 started in February with the combined CEB/ESF Congress in Prague(CZE) which again demonstrated that in Europe Baseball and Softball Confederations are working together. The Prague Congress elected Mr. Kruno Karin of Croatia for the position of General Secretary. With the significant help of Aldo Vavra, President of the Croatian Baseball Federation, CEB succeeded in opening a new office in Zagreb. This was made possible because the Mayor of the city of Zagreb offered the space free of charge. The administrator of the Croatian Baseball Federation, Ms. Kristina (Kika) Uroic, agreed to assist CEB as administrator
