A YMCA Timeline 1860 ‐ Brockville YMCA established 1912 – Founding Member of YMCA 1916 – Runs military training for soldiers 1958 –Y Centre moves to 49 King St. E 1963 –Y Centre moves to 2nd floor of Hall 1972 – YMCA opening at 345 Park Street 1981 – Citizen's rally to save the YMCA 1987 – Organization of the Year –Chamber 1996 –D.B. That council approve a request for Financial Support on an ongoing annual basis to be dispersed on a monthly basis, designated towards the operational ($100,000) and capital maintenance, general repairs, ($150,000) required to maintain the YMCA of Eastern Ontario's Brockville YMCA branch. Specifically for the amount of $250,000.00 per fiscal year. QUESTIONS?
