ONSITE INFORMATION Registration Desk The registration desk will be open during the following hours Monday 30 May 8:15am – 5:00pm Tuesday 31 May 8:00am – 2:00pm Nametags Please wear your nametag at all times. It’s your pass into all conference sessions, the trade exhibition, refreshments and lunch breaks. Restrooms Restrooms, including accessible, are located on the conference floor (ground level) and level one. Mobile Phones As a courtesy to other delegates and speakers, please ensure that your mobile phone or tablet is switched to silent when conference sessions are in progress. Baggage Storage Space will be dedicated for delegates to store their luggage on the conference floor. See staff at the Registration Desk for directions. Please note that National Convention Centre, Canberra takes all care with the security and protection of property and guests, and is unable to accept any responsibility for damage or loss of property left in the venue prior, during, or after the conference.

13 Special Dietary Requirements Vegetarian options will be available on all buffets. Delegates who have specified special dietary requirements on their registration forms should identify themselves to staff at the registration desk at refreshment breaks. A separate table will be used for dietary requirements and these will be labelled. Cocktail Function The Conference cocktail function will be held at 5pm in the Exhibition Hall.
