MISSISSIPPI ASSOCIATION OF COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES 2009-2010 DIRECTORY Purpose In 1921, the founding purpose of the Mississippi Association of Colleges and Universities (MAC) was to provide opportunities for colleges and universities to meet together, to share concerns, and to discuss common goals and issues. The purpose of the Association shall be to promote goodwill among all levels and sectors of higher education in Mississippi; to stimulate academic and professional cooperation among the member institutions; to consider common problems; and to pursue those matters of common interest to the membership. MISSISSIPPI ASSOCIATION OF COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES 2009-2010 DIRECTORY Foreword The purpose of publishing the Mississippi Association of Colleges and Universities (MAC) Directory is to assist college administrators in Mississippi in developing a network of resource personnel for assistance in planning and problem solving. Listed individuals receive a direct invitation to the annual MAC conference. The IEO of each institution represented was invited to submit names for inclusion in the directory. The colleges and universities supplied the information for this directory. Mississippi College and the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning, Office of Academic and Student Affairs, coordinated its production.
