FIR Date 03/10/2020 PS Phone Brief Facts of the Case Occurred on 01.10.2020 at about 01.30 hrs at Potupalem Cross road, on NH-16 road chillakur bypass Nellore-Chennai, Gudur Mandal and reported on 03.10.2020 at 17.00 hrs, where in the accused i.e., driver of an unknown lorry boarded, deceased an unknown male person age about 40-45 years on the top of the lorry, while he was proceeding towards Chennai side from Nellore side, on the way at Potupalem cross road, drove it in rash and negligent manner and the Deceased/unknown person on the top of lorry fell on the road suctioned bleeding injuries on his head, right elbow, on both knee, and on face went into unconscious state. Neighbors shifted him to Govt Hospital Gudur by 108 ambulance , from there to GGH Nellore for better treatment, the deceased died on 02.10.2020 at 13.00 hrs. While undergoing treatment. In this connection , on knowing about the occurrence, the complainant Avula Chenchaiah S/o Ramanaiah, age 39 years, Caste by Dasari, VRO Potupalem Panchayat N/o Oduru Village, Chillakur Mandal come to ps and gave a report for necessary action .
