This forum was started in 2009 to advance the rights of children in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The Global Child Forum event will be hosted by their Majesties the King and Queen of Sweden at The Royal Palace, Stockholm, on Wednesday, 11 April 2018 from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. The event is invitation-only but will be Livestreamed starting at 9am CET at www.globalchildforum.org Atea is one of a select number of organizations to be invited to participate in this forum. In recent years, Atea has been recognized for its corporate social responsibility practices by several third-party groups, including Global Child Forum, the Swedish Competition Authority and EcoVadis. In 2016, Atea was recognized as an industry leader for Children's Rights by the Global Child Forum. In 2017, Atea was awarded the highest possible rating, "GOLD", for its sustainability practices by EcoVadis. The company has also been recognized for its sustainability initiatives within electronics recycling and supply chain monitoring.
