    PERFORMING RIGHT SOCIETY LIMITED DISTRIBUTION RULES Broadcast revenue BROADCAST REVENUE Key concepts The following concepts help ensure the way we distribute revenue to members is fair, accurate and transparent. ● Commercial licensee blanket revenues that cover more than one radio or TV station are divided between the stations using a two step process. Each station is allocated a fixed minimum amount per station. Any remaining money is divided between the stations in proportion to their relative music consumption. ● Works performed on broadcast sections are paid based on their total duration on that service multiplied by the calculated FPV for that service for that period. ● No distinctions are made between music used in programmes, commercials, station/channel idents, jingles or trailers. ● All audiovisual broadcasts are subject to time of day weightings and feature in separate distribution sections. ● We make no distinction in licensing or distribution terms between traditional terrestrial broadcasters and cable or satellite broadcasters that we license directly. (Retransmissions of such services in other countries are licensed by local societies and are subject to different administration recovery rates) In a few instances, where we have licensed foreign language services broadcast from the UK but targeted at non-English speaking countries, for example Phoenix TV and Japan TV, we simply pass the licence revenue to the relevant society to distribute as they are better placed to identify the repertoire used. Broadcast sampling We aim for a census or pay-per-play based distribution. We only use sample data where it is not cost effective or feasible to obtain and process full census information.

Description of Actions Background Stiftelsen Global Child Forum is an independent, global multi-stakeholder platform for informed dialogue and thought leadership on how to advance children’s rights in support of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The Global Child Forum aims at gathering leaders from business, governments, academia and civil society in a joint efort to implement children’s rights. This multi- stakeholder approach should be supported by efective information sharing, exposing leading case studies and learning from best practice from all parts of the world. Global Child Forum is best known for its annual leaders’ summit at the Royal Palace in Stockholm, Sweden. The meeting brings together some 400 leaders from large and small international corporations, financial institutions, the UN and NGOs, government representatives, academia, selected experts and journalists, to discuss some of the most pressing issues facing the children of the world.

The CFB’s mission is to increase voter participation and awareness, provide campaign finance information to the public, enable more citizens to run for office, strengthen the role of small contributors, and reduce the potential for actual or perceived corruption. The CFB is charged with administering the mandatory Debate Program, in concert with various civic and media partners who sponsor the debates. Its i a cornerstone of the CFB’s voter education efforts and provides New Yorkers with an opportunity to compare candidates side by side as they discuss the important issues facing the city. The debates help ensure New Yorkers are well-informed as they head to the polls to cast their vote. Candidates for citywide office who participate in the Campaign Finance Program and meet certain debate criteria must participate in debates prior to an election in which he or she is on the ballot. Candidates who opt out of the Campaign Finance Program may also be invited to join the debates at the discretion of the CFB and sponsoring organizations, provided the candidates meet the same criteria.
