Islanders Ticket Policies

Our current Islanders ticket policy limits sales to purchasers presently residing within the New York metropolitan area. Sales will be voided if the purchaser fails to produce proof of such residence, to the satisfaction of the New York Islanders (as determined by the New York Islanders in its sole discretion), if so requested by the New York Islanders. In addition, there is a four (4) ticket limit per account, or per household, as applicable.

ACCOUNT MANAGER PASSWORDS

In order to log into your My Islanders Account Manager, you must have your account number and password. If you have never logged into you’re my Islanders Account, please contact [email protected] to obtain your password. Once you have logged in for the first time, you may change your password.

LOST / MISPLACED TICKETS

You are strongly urged to safeguard your season tickets. If your ticket is lost a replacement may be printed by using Islanders Account Manager. You may also contact the Member Services Department or go to the Season Ticket Member window in the American Express Box Office on the day of the game for ticket reprints.

PURCHASING ADDITIONAL GAMEDAY TICKETS

Please contact your Member Services Account Manager for additional information. Tickets are subject to availability.

RESALE COMPLIANCE

Should a Season Ticket Member resell a ticket to a game or event, he/she shall abide by any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to the resale of any such tickets.

TICKET RESELLING (OR RESALE TICKETS)

WHEELCHAIR SEATING

Please contact your Member Services Manager for information on obtaining wheelchair seating on a per game basis. Wheelchair seating is available upon request, but subject to availability based on when the request is submitted.
