Transfer of WCE/FFC Club players at partner WAFL clubs. WCE and FFC players currently on the 2012 East Perth and Peel Thunder playing lists will transfer as below: - In 2013 FFC players at East Perth will transfer to Peel Thunder. - In 2013 WCE players at Peel Thunder will transfer to East Perth 2. All WCE/FFC 2013 draftees and rookies coming from interstate will be placed at their partner WAFL clubs eg: WCE players to East Perth/FFC players to Peel Thunder. 3. All WCE/FFC listed and rookie players who are currently (2012) on the seven non partner WAFL club lists, including those recruited in the 2012 AFL draft, will remain at their WAFL club for the 2013 season. These players will transfer to their respective partner WAFL club for 2014. 4. The current (2012) AFL player Service Agreement will remain in place for the 2013 WAFL season.
