But more is demanded both by circumstances and LPs and there is a perception that plenty of value is being left on the table. 3. In many cases value-adding approaches emerged to handle tactical problems and have evolved piecemeal. Large ticket investors benefit from more manpower while small cap houses run much more on a shoestring. But mid-market investors have adopted variations on the large buy-out model when it comes to applying resources post-deal.
