Portland 8/20 at UC Irvine L, 1-2 State is 4-5-0 on the year and has lost its last two games to San Diego (5-1) and 8/27 at Northern Colorado W, 3-2 Gonzaga (1-0) on the heels of wins over Western Oregon and UC Riverside. The 8/29 at Wyoming L, 0-2 Vikings return seven starters from the team that went 10-6-4 overall and won the Big Sky Conference title last season. 9/3 at Idaho State% W, 2-1 PSU is coached by Laura Schott, who is 19-22-8 in her third season with the Portland State 9/5 vs. Utah Valley% W, 3-0 program. The Vikings have outscored opponents 14-12 so far this year, despite Vikings 9/11 at South Dakota W, 2-1 being out-shot by their opponents. Hulsizer has a 1.82 GAA and has made 15 saves so far this year. Each has posted one shutout and the two 10/10 New Mexico State* 1 p.m. combined for another against UC Riverside. 10/15 at Nevada* 7 p.m. Idaho holds a 4-2-0 lead in the all-time series between the two teams. The last 10/17 at Utah State* 11 a.m. time these two teams played was in 2007, when the Vandals earned a 2-0 victory at 10/24 at Boise State* 12 p.m. Guy Wicks Field. Kibbie Activity Center Moscow, Idaho 83844-2302 Vandal Notes Overall Stats Leaderboard Going Streaking (Through 9/27/10) Idaho’s six consecutive wins over Idaho State, Utah Valley, South Dakota, Weber State, Gonzaga and Eastern Washington from Sep. 3-21, gave the Vandals their longest winning WAC Team Ranks streak in school history. No other Idaho team had won more than four consecutive games Stats Avg./gm Rank in a single season. Goals 1.64 4th Assists 1.27 5th Redhawk Invitational All-Tournament Three Idaho players were named to the All-Tournament team at the conclusion of the Points 4.55 4th Redhawk Invitational, Sep. 24-26, after Idaho went 1-1. Sophomores Chelsea Small, Jill Shots 13.82 4th Flockhart and Amber Pimley were honored for their performances in leading Idaho to a Goals Allowed 1.00 3rd 2-0 win over Cal State Bakersfield and a 2-1 loss to host team Seattle. She’s already tied for second in Idaho history, along with teammate Chelsea Goals Small and three former Vandals, in career game-winning goals. It was the first time in school history the Idaho women have been Points mentioned in the poll. So Game-Winning Goals far in 2010, the close matches have gone Idaho’s way more often than not. Idaho is 6-2 in Chelsea Small 3 T-1st 2010 in matches decided by one goal.
