Currently, DANE explores the methodological use of immunization record generated by the Ministry of Health, through the PAI; this document compares the report of vital statistics births against the dose total BCG (Anti-tuberculosis) vaccines applied in children under one-year-old. In this way, DANE explores the elaboration of fertility estimates using direct methods with administrative records. Focusing geographically in departments with the highest sub-coverage to achieve a detailed analysis of the information collected, locating territories where the DANE should strengthen capturing of vital statistics information.     República de Colombia Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible AUTORIDAD NACIONAL DE LICENCIAS AMBIENTALES - ANLA – AUTO N° 04727 ( 10 de agosto de 2018 ) “Por el cual se define una alternativa para el proyecto “Construcción y Operación del Tramo Férreo Chiriguaná - Dibulla”” EL SUBDIRECTOR DE EVALUACIÓN Y SEGUIMIENTO DE LA AUTORIDAD NACIONAL DE LICENCIAS AMBIENTALES – ANLA En uso de las competencias establecidas en la Ley 99 de 1993, el Decreto-Ley 3573 del 27 de septiembre de 2011, el Decreto 1076 del 26 de mayo de 2015, la Resolución 1368 del 11 de noviembre de 2016, la Resolución 966 del 15 de agosto de 2017, y CONSIDERANDO: Que la sociedad PUERTO BRISA S.A., a través de la radicación 2016019611-1-000 del 20 de abril de 2016, solicitó a la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales –ANLA-, pronunciamiento sobre la necesidad de realizar Diagnóstico Ambiental de Alternativas – DAA, para el proyecto denominado “Construcción y Operación del Tramo Férreo Chiriguaná (Cesar) y Dibulla (La Guajira)”, a desarrollarse en jurisdicción de los municipios de Chiriguaná, La Jagua de Ibirico, Becerril, Agustín Codazzi, San Diego, La Paz en el departamento del Cesar y los municipios de La Jagua del Pilar, Urumita, Villanueva, El Molino, San Juan del Cesar, Distracción, Fonseca, Barrancas, Hatonuevo, Albania, Riohacha y Dibulla en el departamento de La Guajira. Así mismo, mediante la radicación precitada, la sociedad PUERTO BRISA S.A., informa a esta Autoridad Nacional, de la cesión del trámite a favor de la sociedad CENTROMIN S.A.S., teniendo en cuenta que dicha sociedad, presentó como Originador, ante la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura, solicitud de aprobación del proyecto de Asociación Público Privada de iniciativa privada para la "Construcción y Operación de un corredor férreo entre la estación de Chiriguaná en el departamento de Cesar y el puerto multipropósito Brisa en el municipio de Dibulla en el departamento de La Guajira”; de tal forma, se entiende como interesado del presente trámite a la sociedad CENTROMIN S.A.S.
