December 2009 Introduction I am pleased to introduce our summary of the River Witham Catchment Flood Management Plan (CFMP). This CFMP gives an overview of the flood risk in the River Witham catchment and sets out our preferred plan for sustainable flood risk management over the next 50 to 100 years.
