Booking  On receipt of registration Fee of Rs. 200/- per head (Which is non-refundable but can be adjusted in other porgrammes within the same financial year).  Along with a list of participants (With Name, Age and Sex). 06. Who can  Open to all, Male/ Female age group 12-45 years. Participate  Students from recognized institute will be submitted their ID card from Institutions.  Members of Adventure Club, Youth Organization and members of Bharat Scouts &Guides.  Medically and physically fit and can bear the strain of trekking for 12 K.M. per day  One Escort must be deputed with a group of 8 to 15 Boys / Girls.  Lady Escort must be deputed with the female participants.  Student without Escorting Teacher will not be allowed. .  Escorts should also register and pay the full fee along with Application, Medical Certificate  The age limit for escorting teachers is 50 years (Male/ Female ) 07. Programmes  Trekking, Zip Line, Sky cycling, Rock Climbing, Valley Crossing, Rappelling, Rifle Shooting, Pistol Shooting, Archery, Obstacle Crossing & Boating, Night Hike, Scouting, Nature Study,Camp Fire, Cultural Programme etc. (Programme maybe changed without any notice) 08. Kits to Brings  T-Shirt, Jeans and Track- Suits extra wearing clothes and costumes for cultural items.  One set of correct and complete uniform as per APRO Part – II & III. (For Uniformed members only.)  Warm Clothes (Full sleeve) Jackets, Sweeter,  Hunter / Sport Shoes, Extra Pairs of Socks & Slippers. Plate (Thali), Glass or Mug, Spoon, Water bottle.  Personal toiletries, Cold Cream, Odomas Torch, Notebook, Pen, First Aid Kit, Sleeping bag, Blankets, Hand gloves.  Masks and Sanitizers for five days use. 09 Accommodation Under tent for participants and escorting teachers at the campus of the Institute. 10. Weather During winter lowest temperature are around 02°C-03°C and in summer maximum temperature are around 40°C. Carry sufficient warm clothing during winter 11. How to reach The nearest Railway Station is PIPARIYA, which is one hours journey from Junction towards about 3 hours from Jabalpur towards Itarsi, on Itarsi- Allahabad Railway line. The distance from Piapriya to Pachmarhi is 56 KM. Bused are available from Pachmarhi. From Pachmarhi bus stand to Institute is just 05KM. 12 Document to  Two recent stamp size color photograph. be submitted  COVID- 19- Test Report/ Certificate (Test is to be done within a week before after arrival departure).  Malaria Test Report (Test is done within a week before departure)  Medical Fitness Certificate and Risk Certificate.  Parent consent.  Copy of Aadhaar card/ Identify proof of Institution. 13 Risk  The Bharat Scouts & Guides take every care of the participants sincerely, but The Management Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Adventure Institute, Pachmarhi will not be held responsible for any accident, illness or injury during the programme. The escorting teachers should take extra care of their students before the camp, during the camp, and after the camp. 14 Health  Medical Checkup should be done strictly.  Camp Doctor will provide medical assistance. General medicines and First Aid will be available at the Institute. Extra medicines for individuals if any will be purchased by the person concerned.  No one will be allowed without Covid test Report (Applicable for both participants and Escorting Teacher)  Participants may kept Quarantine if advice by Doctors. 15 Other  Without selection letter participants will not be admitted in the camp.
