The first of three parts of the report presents general information about IRIS team members at the two universities and describes what the intLrlibrary loan situation was like before the grant. The narrative report in the second part presents a discussion of the methodology for implementing IRIS and evaluating the impact of the system on the two campuses. The third part presents a financial status report. A brochure describing IRIS, a copy of the questionnaire for IRIS users, and the composite raw data for the survey are appended.
