Hearst-Argyle Stations, Inc. is the copyright owner ofprograming produced by the following television stations: WCVB-TV, Boston, Massachusetts WTAE-TV, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania KCRA-TV, Sacramento, California KMBC-TV, Kansas City, Missouri 8'CVB-TV Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc„on behalf ofHearst-Argyle Stations, Inc., claims copyright royalty fees for the following: (1) All programming produced and broadcast by WCVB-TV, including, but not hmited 'o, the program titled Chronicle; (2) WCVB-TV's entire broadcast day as a compilation; (3) Sports events broadcast by WCVB-TV; and (4) Programs produced by WCVB-TV and broadcast on other stations retransmitted by satellite carriers during 2000, including but not limited to Rebecca 's Garden, which was broadcast during 2000 on WABC-TV, New York, New York. As an example of satellite carriage in 2000, Chronicle was broadcast on WCVB-TV and retransmittedby Satellite Communications Operating Corporation, which is affiliated with EchoStar Satellite Corporation, on November 30, 2000, at 7:30 PM. B. 8'TAE-TV Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., on behalf ofHearst-Argyle Stations, Inc., claims copyright royalty fees for the following: (1) All programming produced and broadcast by WTAE-TV, including, but not limited to, the program titled Action 4 News; (2) WTAE-TV's entire broadcast day as a compilation; and (3) Sports events broadcast by WTAE-TV. As an example ofsatellite carriage in 2000, Action 4 News was broadcast on WTAE-TV and retransmittedby Satellite Communications Operating Corporation, which is affiliated with EchoStar Satellite Corporation, on November 17, 2000, at 11:00 PM. KCK4-TV Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., on behalf ofHearst-Argyle Stations, Inc., claims copyright royalty fees for the following: (1) All programming produced and broadcast by KCRA-TV, including, but not limited to, the program titled KCRA Channel 3 Reports at 5: 00 PM; (2) KCRA-TV's entire broadcast day as a compilation; and (3) Sports events broadcast by KCRA-TV. As an example of satellite carriage in 2000, KCRA Channel 3 Reports at 5:00 PM was broadcast on KCRA-TV and retransmitted by Primestar, Inc., on May 11, 2000, at 5:00 PM. D. KMBC-TV Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., on behalf ofHearst-Argyle Stations, Inc., claims copyright royalty fees for the following: (1) All programming produced and broadcast by KMBC-TV, including, but not limited to, the program titled KMBC-TV 9 News at 6:00; (2) KMBC-TV's entire broadcast day as a compilation; and (3) Sports events broadcast by K1VRC-TV. As an example of satellite carriage in 2000, KMBC-TV 9 News at 6:00 was broadcast on KMBC-TV and retransmitted by Satellite Communications Operating Corporation, which is affiliated with EchoStar Satellite Corporation, on October 11, 2000, at 6:00 PM. II. HEARST-ARGYLE PROPERTIES, INC. Hearst-Argyle Properties, Inc. is the copyright owner of programing produced by the following television stations: WYFF(TV), Greenville, South Carolina KOAT-TV, Albuquerque, New Mexico A. OFF(TV) Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., onbehalfofHearst-Argyle Properties, Inc., claims copyright royalty fees for the following: (1) All programming produced and broadcast by WYFF(TV), including, but not limited to, the program titled STFFNews 4; (2) WYFF(TV)'s entire broadcast day as a compilation; and (3) Sports events broadcast by WYFF(TV). As an example ofsatellite carriage in 2000, WFFFNews 4 was broadcast on WYFF(TV) and retransmittedby Satellite Communications Operating Corporation, whichis afaliatedwithFchoStar Satellite Corporation, on November 21, 2000, at 5:00 PM. EOAT-TV Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., onbehalfofHearst-Argyle Properties, Inc., claims copyright royalty fees for the following: (1) All programming produced and broadcast by KOAT-TV, including, but not limited to, the program titled Action 7 News Live at Noon; (2) KOAT-TV's entire broadcast day as a compilation; and. (3) Sports events broadcast by KOAT-TV. As an example of satellite carriage in 2000, Action 7 News Live at Noon was broadcast on KOAT-TV and retransmitted by Satellite Communications Operating Corporation, which is af61iated with HchoStar Satellite Corporation, on December 13, 2000, at 12:00 PM. IH. ORLANDO HEARST-ARGYLE TELEVISION, INC. Orlando Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. is the copyright owner ofprogramming producedby the following television station: WESH(TV), Daytona Beach, Florida. Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., on behalfofOrlando Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., claims copyright royalty fees for the following: -4- (1) All programming produced and broadcast by WESH(TV), including, but not limited to, the program titled NewsChannel 2 at 6:00; (2) WESH(TV)'s entire broadcast day as a compilation; and (3) Sports events broadcast by WESH(TV). As an example of satellite carriage in 2000, NewsChannel 2 at 6:00 was broadcast on WESH(TV) and retransmitted by Satellite Communications Operating Corporation, which is affiliated with EchoStar Satellite Corporation, on September 14, 2000, at 6:00 PM. IV. OHIO/OKLAHOMA HEARST-ARGYLE TELEVISION, INC. Ohio/Oklahoma Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. is the copyright owner of programing produced by the following television station: WLWT(TV), Cincinnati, Ohio Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc., onbehalfofOhio/OklahomaHearst-Argyle Television, Inc., claims copyright royalty fees for the following: (1) All programming produced and broadcast by WLWT(TV), including, but not limited to, the program titled 8'L 8'T Eyewitness News 5; (2) WLWT(TV)'s entire broadcast day as a compilation; and (3) Sports events broadcast by WLWT(TV).
