Description: The Emerald Coast’s Florida Beach Escape Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for purposes of the Sweepstakes and all times refer to ET. 2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to persons who, as of the date of entry: (i) are permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the U.S. and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”); (ii) are currently physically located and residing within one (1) of the following geographic viewing areas in the U.S. (collectively “Geographic/Viewing Areas”): Atlanta, GA (WSB-TV); Charlotte, NC (WSOC-TV); Chicago, IL (WLS-TV); Columbus, OH (WBNS- TV); Dallas, TX (KDFW-TV); Greensboro, NC (WXII-TV); Greenville, SC (WYFF-TV); Houston, TX (KTRK- TV); Indianapolis, IN (WRTV-TV); Nashville, TN (WKRN-TV); Raleigh-Durham, NC (WTVD-TV); St. Louis, MO (KDNL-TV); and Washington, D.C. (WJLA-TV); (iii) are twenty-five (25) years of age or older; and (iv) have successfully created a Member Account at ABC.com, ESPN.com, or any of The Walt Disney Family of Companies. There is no fee to register for a Member Account. Residents outside of the Geographic/Viewing Areas are not eligible to enter. Entrants must also have either a valid Social Security number or a valid U.S. Individual Tax Identification Number. Employees and agents of American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (“Sponsor”), WABC-TV, LIVE with Kelly and Ryan (“Show”), Disney *ABC Domestic Television, Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc. (“Sweepstakes Administrator”), stations airing the Show, participating stations including, but not limited to the television stations listed in the Geographic/Viewing Areas above, cable operators, multiple service providers, their advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Sweepstakes, and any agents acting for the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, or any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) and members of their immediate families (i.e., a spouse, domestic partner, child, sibling, or parent) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to win the prize. 3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants are invited to visit FloridaBeachEscape.com (“Website”) and complete the following information: Geographic/Viewing Area (selected from a drop down menu), first name, last name, daytime phone number, email address, zip code, and agreement to the Official Rules (“Entry Information”). Once the Entry Information is submitted, each entrant (if not already logged in) will be prompted to “Log In” to his/her Member Account or non-members will select “Create Account.” Once all of the information is submitted, each entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes ("Entry”). Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, February 10, 2019. Limit one (1) Entry per person/per email address/per day during the Sweepstakes Period. No Entry by a group or organization will be considered. By setting up a Member Account and submitting an Entry, each entrant confirms the accuracy and veracity of the statements and information contained therein and acknowledges reading, accepting, and agreeing to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Terms of Use located at https://DisneyTermsOfUse.com/. The Member Account information and the Entry Information must match the information of the entrant who completed the act of physically entering the Sweepstakes. Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods other than as described herein, including but not limited to commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Once submitted, Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. MULTIPLE ENTRIES BY THE SAME PERSON IN EXCESS OF THE LIMITS STATED HEREIN (AND/OR SUBMITTED USING MULTIPLE 1 MEMBER ACCOUNTS), WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Once an email address has been registered by an entrant, that email address cannot be used by any other person on the Website. Proof of submitting an Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. If an entrant uses a web-enabled mobile device to participate, data rates may apply (entrants should contact their service provider for data rates/plans). Entrants should use care and not drive while entering the Sweepstakes. The Website may not be accessible from all mobile phones, handheld devices, and/or tablets. If an entrant experiences any issues entering, he/she should access the Website and enter from a desktop or laptop computer. If an entrant chose to set up his/her Member Account using Facebook, he/she will be asked to allow Facebook’s “Basic App Permissions,” which is required in order to log in to his/her Member Account and to participate in the Sweepstakes. In addition, he/she must understand he/she is providing his/her information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook and the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook and Facebook is completely released of all liability in this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor has no affiliation with Facebook and no responsibility for (or control of) any matters relating to Facebook or Facebook accounts. 4. Prize/Odds of Winning: One (1) prize will be awarded. The winner will receive a four (4) night vacation to the Emerald Coast of Florida for the winner and one (1) guest consisting of: (a) round-trip coach class air transportation for the winner and his/her guest between a major gateway airport near the winner’s residence and Destin, Florida (actual airline and airport to be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (b) a two hundred ($200) dollar gift card for ground transportation to/from the airport and the hotel (actual type of gift card to be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (c) four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) at the Henderson Park Inn; (d) breakfast buffet and lunchboxes for two (2) provided each day; (e) one (1) massage each for the winner and his/her guest in the Salamander Spa (not to exceed three hundred ($300) dollars); (f) one (1) one-hundred ($100) dollar gift card redeemable at the Beach Walk Cafe (awarded to the winner only); (g) one (1) one hundred-fifty ($150) dollar Destin Commons gift card redeemable at Destin Commons participating stores and restaurants (awarded to the winner only); (h) and access to additional hotel amenities including but not limited to: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bicycles and bicycle helmets (collectively, “Grand Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $2,950. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize trip must be taken by December 31, 2019. If the potential winner is not able to travel within this time frame, he/she may be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Grand Prize must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended travel dates. The potential winner’s guest must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older. The Grand Prize trip is subject to air/ground travel availability, hotel/spa/cafe availability, holiday and black-out dates, and all other Grand Prize and travel restrictions, as applicable (in Sponsor’s and/or prize supplier’s sole discretion). The winner and his/her travel guest must agree to all airline and hotel requirements including but not limited to any dress code stipulation (e.g., wearing shoes, shirt), code of conduct, and/or other requirements/conditions in Sponsor's and/or prize supplier’s sole discretion. In addition, the winner and his/her guest are required to comply with local laws, customs and regulations during the trip. The winner and his/her travel guest agree that any associated or inherent risk connected with any activity he/she elects to partake in on the trip is at his/her own risk and Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any such activities or any issues resulting from such activities. The Grand Prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned, or redeemed for cash value, and the Grand Prize components may not be substituted. Any portion of the Grand Prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. If the winner elects to take the trip without a guest, the components of the Grand Prize will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number of travelers and the winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate Grand Prize or prize component(s) for the same. The Grand Prize and its prize component(s) cannot be combined/exchanged with any other offer. The Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute the Grand Prize and/or any prize component(s) with one of equal or greater value due to Grand Prize and/or prize component(s) unavailability for any reason.
