This meeting has been a long time in planning and represents a great history of collaboration between the Medical Library Association (MLA), the Canadian Health Libraries Association/Association des bibliothèques de la santé du Canada (CHLA/ABSC), and more recently, the International Clinical Librarians Conference (ICLC). Toronto is a city known for its diversity. In selecting the theme—“Mosaic: Be Part of the Big Picture”—the JPC sought to reflect the many cultures, neighborhoods, libraries, and attractions that make Toronto a great city to live in and visit. This year’s program brings you the very best. From world-renowned keynote speakers to incredible contributed papers, posters, lightning talks, and special content sessions, the JPC has worked hard to create a wide-ranging program that encompasses the many unique facets of health information services, roles, and trends. We encourage you to make the most of your stay here in Toronto. Leave yourself some time to explore the city beyond the walls of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre! The Local Assistance Committee has planned library tours and dine-arounds to get you started, and the Hospitality Booth can help you find some of Toronto’s best-kept secrets.
