    Prefettura di Enna -U.T.G.- Progetto : ”Museo diffuso” IITINERARIO tematico ICONOGRAFIA DI NOSTRA SIGNORA PRESSO I BENI DEL FEC DELLA PROVINCIA DI ENNA Quello della Madonna è il tema iconografico più ricco di tutta l’arte cristiana. La più antica immagine conosciuta è quella della catacombe di Priscilla a Roma, risalente alla metà del III secolo. Il tema ebbe il suo sviluppo trionfale nell’arte italiana del Duecento e del Trecento, nei dipinti famosi di Cimabue, Giotto, Duccio di Buoninsegna e Simone Martini che rinnovarono profondamente la tradizione iconografica. Si sviluppava così un tipo iconograficamente più umano di Madonna, che ebbe nell’arte occidentale variazioni infinite, tra le quali si distinguono la Madonna del latte o dell’umiltà e la Madonna del roseto. Dal Quattrocento al Seicento la Madonna col Bambino venne raffigurata con grande libertà e varietà inventiva. Madonna con Bambino, L’Annunciazione, XVII sec., autore ignoto Presso i Sacri Edifici di culto del Fec è possibile ammirare olii su tela policromi , statue marmoree ed in cartapesta raffiguranti Nostra Signora in atteggiamenti di particolare, XVII secolo autore Chiesa del Carmine di Regalbuto ignoto Chiesa di San raggiante ed austera maternità ma anche di dolore e compassione straziante per la morte di suo Figlio Gesù Cristo. Giovanni Battista di Enna L’itinerario tematico si snoda attraverso otto comuni della provincia ennese nei quali son presenti i sacri edifici ed i beni mobili afferenti al FEC. Ogni bene testimonia l’abilità delle maestranze locali e raffigura ,nel suo splendore ed originalità ,tracce della vita mariana. Elementi fondamentali risultano esser la sapiente scelta dei materiali e dei colori:dalle vestigia auree della Madonna de L’Annunciazione di Regalbuto ,al manto ceruleo della Madonna con Bambino di Nicosia.

The industrial district is a model of production mainly related to medium and small cities characterized by industrial specializations in small and medium enterprises. However, the mapping of the phenomenon in countries as Italy and Spain suggest that industrial districts are also present in rural areas. The objective of this contribution is the identification, mapping and characterization of industrial districts located in rural areas as well as to evaluate the extent in which industrial districts in predominantly rural areas have contributed to the dynamism of these areas.     PATTO PER LO SVILUPPO DELLA PROVINCIA DI ENNA AGGIORNAMENTO PATTO PER LO SVILUPPO DELLA PROVINCIA DI ENNA Novembre 2009 NOTE INTRODUTTIVE Sulla base degli impegni assunti dalla Provincia Regionale con la sottoscrizione del “Patto per lo Sviluppo”, avvenuta nel Maggio 2009, si è proceduto all’aggiornamento dei contenuti del Patto stesso, tenendo conto dei contributi integrativi fatti pervenire dal partenariato istituzionale ed economico-sociale. Come potrà rilevarsi dal testo aggiornato, le principali novità concretizzatesi nel semestre sono individuabili: 1) Nella destinazione al territorio provinciale di risorse considerevoli a valere sul F.A.S. per il completamento della Nord-Sud e per il potenziamento del sistema delle dighe e delle reti adduzione delle acque; 2) Nell’avvio della fase costitutiva delle coalizioni territoriali e della fase di presentazione delle candidature per concorrere al finanziamento dei Piani di Sviluppo locale (previsti dall’Asse IV del P.S.R. – Attuazione dell’approccio Leader) e dei Piani Integrati di Sviluppo Territoriale (previsti dall’Asse VI del F.E.S.R. – Sviluppo Urbano Sostenibile); 3) Nell’avanzamento procedurale d tutti gli strumenti di progettazione concertata ed integrata meglio specificati al Capitolo III.3, e relativi ai Piani di Gestione, ai Piani di Zona, all’A.P.Q. giovani e al P.O.I.N. Turismo; 4) Nell’emanazione di alcuni bandi in materia di Viabilità Provinciale, di Aree Artigianali (tre delle quali finanziate a Comuni della Provincia), di Aree di Sviluppo Industriale, di green-ways, di manifestazioni turistico-culturali e di valorizzazione BB.CC.
