SAC Annual Report 2018-19 CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES Students’ Activity Center & Clubs The Institute provides ample avenues for the Student’s Club is divided into ten main sections. (a) development and nurturing of creative and other Literary events and media (b) Community talents in the students through the Student Activity Development (c) Personality Development (d) Quiz Centre (SAC). All the activities are managed by Club (e) Photography Club (f) Robotics Club (g) students under the guidance of President, SAC and Aeromodelling Club (h) Computer Coding Club (i) a team of Faculty In-Charges, Faculty Coordinators Technical Club, (j) Energy Club, (k) Music Club, (l) and Committees for various events. The SAC Dance Club, (m) Dramatics, (n) Arts & Painting, (o) provide avenues for Cultural, Technical and SPIC MACAY events, and (p) Yoga Center. Cultural Festival “Spring Fest” Kharagpur, out of the 400+ colleges participated in Springstaff 2019, IIT Kharagpur MNNIT Allahabad won Springest Champions title by getting maximum (January 23-28, 2019) prize among all the colleges in Springstaff 2019. (1) A Mighty Pen: A team of the following students of the MNNIT Literary Club participated and received the first prize in this function.

As a resident of Ventura County, I have long had a relationship with Santa Barbara regarding art and local history. I have been a 21 year contributor to the I Madonnari Festival at the Old Mission, creating large scale ephemeral pastel murals for the public. This festival gave me my 'start' in public philanthropic works, which I carried onwards as my career of choice. Prior to the discovery of street painting I enjoyed a career in mural painting, creating original works in a variety of painting traditions for large hospitality and commercial properties. I continue to work in this capacity on select projects. My husband Sayak Mitra is an art practitioner from Kolkata, India, who has relocated to Ventura, in hopes of expanding his art career while making a new life here in the US. A gifted designer /artist, he has shown his work throughout India and is a regular contributor to the Kolkata art community.
