Christmas New Orleans Style is one of our City’s signature events, with something for everyone. Renowned artists perform free concerts at historic St. Louis Cathedral and St. Augustine Church; Celebration in the Oaks fills City Park with joy and laughter; NOLA ChristmasFest delights with ice skating and family fun; and candlelight caroling in Jackson Square brings the community together. As we celebrate our city’s 300th birthday, our tricentennial, our joie de vivre is evident during the Krewe of Jingle and Joan of Arc parades, and legendary chefs serve Réveillon, a centuries-old French holiday dining tradition. There is rarely a “silent night” in New Orleans. Follow the trumpet music to Bourbon, Frenchmen, and Fulton streets for authentic New Orleans music. Celebrate the New Year with us, and stay to cheer Sugar Bowl competitors at the Superdome. It is a pleasure to wish you a happy holiday season and a wonderful New Year. The energy of our city is unmatched and the magic unparalleled. We invite you to experience every moment of it. Sincerely, LaToya Cantrell Mayor City of New Orleans VISIT OUR WEBSITE AT FOLLOWYOURJOY.COM 3 Experience French Quarter Festival like a True Insider by Becoming a Member of the NOLA.com Fest Family VIP Experience!
