They shared how they plan on gathering information and the timeline of things they want to accomplish. All 3 First Nations want to work together. The 3 First Nations will be giving a presentation about their approach to Regional Land Use Planning. It is worth going on their website to see their approach compare to the Yukon Government one. Regional Land Use Planning will affect Local Area Land Use Planning. Community based Fish and Wildlife Work Plan has been finalized. This is to deal with fish and wildlife as well as habitat. People can have access to information through the Carcross Tagish Renewable Resource Council website.

This council was to be entirely composed of persons appointed by the Governor in Council. In 1899 the Parliament of Canada amended the Act to increase the size of the council by adding two elected members to it. A further amendment in 1902 added three more elected members to the council. In 1908 the Act was again amended to provide for an entirely elected council of 10 members.
