Reziumė Disertacijoje tiriamas statybos technologijų efektyvumas ir plėtra taikant tvaru- mo principus. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas – pasiūlyti technologijų plėtros statybos sektoriu- je vertinimo daugiapakopį modelį ir jo praktinio taikymo algoritmą. Daugiapa- kopiam modeliui pritaikyti daugiatikslius sprendimų priėmimo metodus ir pa- siūlyti jų derinius technologijų plėtros veiksniams makro-, mezo- ir mikrolygmenimis vertinti. Disertaciją sudaro įvadas, trys skyriai, bendrosios išvados, naudotos litera- tūros sąrašas, autorės mokslinių publikacijų disertacijos tema sąrašas ir priedai. Įvadiniame skyriuje aptariama tiriamoji problema, darbo aktualumas, ap- rašomas tyrimų objektas, formuluojamas darbo tikslas ir uždaviniai, aprašomas mokslinis darbo naujumas, ginamieji teiginiai. Įvado pabaigoje pristatomi auto- rės pranešimai konferencijose ir publikacijos, pateikiama disertacijos struktūra. Pirmajame skyriuje pateikiama literatūros apžvalga nagrinėjama tematika, apžvelgiami tvarumo principai ir naujų technologijų plėtros galimybių vertini- mas statybos rinkoje. Analizuojama inovatyvių statybos technologijų diegimo problematika. Apžvelgiami tvarios statybos vertinimo modeliai ir daugiatikslių metodų taikymas nagrinėjamąja tema. Skyriaus pabaigoje formuluojamos išva- dos ir tikslinami disertacijos uždaviniai. Antrajame skyriuje pateikiama daugiatikslių sprendimo metodų klasifika- cija, jų tinkamumo disertacijos uždaviniui spręsti analizė. Pasiūlyti statybos te- chnologijų ir produktų potencialui rinkoje vertinti daugiatikslio vertinimo me- todų deriniai. Pristatomas teorinis daugiapakopis modelis. Trečiajame skyriuje pristatomas daugiapakopio vertinimo modelio, sukur- to naujos statybos technologijos ar produkto plėtrai rinkoje vertinti, praktinis taikymas. Disertacijos tema paskelbta vienuolika mokslinių straipsnių, iš kurių penki referuojami duomenų bazės Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge (ISI Web of Science ) cituojamuose žurnaluose, penki straipsniai pristatyti konferencijų dar- bų leidiniuose mokslo konferencijose ir vienas straipsnis – kituose Lietuvos re- cenzuojamuose leidiniuose. v Abstract The dissertation investigates expansion and efficiency of technologies with the help of sustainability principles. The main aim of the thesis – to suggest the multistage model for asses- sment into expansion of technologies in the construction market and the algo- rithm for its practical application. To adjust multi-attributed decision making methods and suggest their combinations for assessment into technology expansion factors on macro, meso and micro levels. The thesis comprises an introduction, three chapters, general conclusions, list of references, list of publications by the author on the subject of the disser- tation and annexes. The introductory part presents the researched problem, relevance of the thesis, the research object, formulated aim and objectives, scientific novelty of the thesis and defended statements. Closing remarks of the introduction intro- duce presentations given by the author at conferences as well as publications, and the structure of the dissertation. The first chapter provides the literature review on the research topic, reviews sustainability principles and interplay between dimensions particular to expansion of new technologies in a sustainable construction market. The analy- sis is focused on problems in deployment of innovative construction technolo- gies. Additionally, it reviews models for assessment of sustainable construction and use of multi-attribute methods within the remits of researched topic. The chapter closes with conclusions and revised objectives of the thesis. The second chapter introduces the classification of multi-attribute decision making methods and analyses their fitness for solving the problem presented in the thesis. It suggests combinations of multi-attribute decision analysis me- thods for assessment into the potential of construction technologies/products in the market. Finally, it presents the theoretical multistage model. Chapter three presents practical application of the multistage assessment model designed for the assessment into the expansion of a new construction te- chnology/product in the market. Eleven scientific articles were published on the topic of the dissertation, five of which – in peer-reviewed journals of Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge (ISI Web of Science ), five – in proceedings of various scientific conferences, and one – in other Lithuanian peer-reviewed publications. vi Žymėjimai Simboliai xij – rodiklio reikšmė; aij – alternatyva; π ij – alternatyvų deriniai; β g,n – alternatyvų perstatymai; qj – rodiklio reikšmingumas; λmax – didžiausia ekspertų lyginimo matricos tikrinė reikšmė; n – rodiklių skaičius; Ui – bendrasis alternatyvos j naudingumas (angl .

International Energy Agency LowEx Communities - Optimised Performance of Energy Supply Systems with Exergy Principles (Annex 64) Final Report The IEA EBC Annex 64 – LowEx Communities was a three year international research project which aims to demonstrate the potentials of low exergy thinking on a community level as energy and cost efficient solutions to achieve 100 % renewable and GHG emission-free energy systems. Central challenges are the identification of promising and efficient technical solutions for practical implementation. Aspects of future network management and business models for distribution and operation are as well essential for successful implementation and have been covered in the working phase. Aspects of transition management and policy will ensure the feasibility. The main objective of the annex is to demonstrate the potential of low exergy thinking on a community level as energy and cost efficient solutions. The intention is to reach these goals by providing and collecting suitable assessment methods (e.g. holistic balancing methods). Furthermore, guidelines, recommendations, best-practice examples and background material for designers and decision makers in the fields of building, energy production / supply and politics are provided. www.annex64.org Schmidt and Kallert (ed.) - LowEx Communities - Optimised Performance of Energy Supply Systems with Exergy Principles (Annex 64) Schmidt and Kallert (ed.) - LowEx Communities Optimised Performance of Energy ISBN 978-3-8396-1518-8 9 783839 615188 FRAUNHOFER VERLAG EBC
