EXPERIENCE

2016 - present Designer & Engineer at Tangent, London • Currently designing two large-scale interactive kinetic art installations. • Involved in the conceptual development, design, engineering, testing and manufacturing of interactive art, products and furniture.

2013 Intern at Troika, London • Co-coordinated the installation of the Tree, a one tonne commissioned by Aéroville. • Assembled and quality checked parts of a dynamic art piece for Longchamp’s flagship store in London. • Set up the Saguez & Partners exhibition space for the Paris Design Week 2013. • Gained experience in conceptual rendering, manufacturing, assembling, quality control and on-site art installation.

2012 - 2013 Co-founder & treasurer at Imperial College Design Collective, London • Successfully established a collective of over 50 members that promotes design and creativity within the scientific community. • Connected experts with members through weekly workshops and studio visits. • Acquired financial responsibilities by collecting funds through sponsorships and managing the collective’s money.

2012 Researcher at Imperial College London UROP, London • Advanced PhD student research in the field of emotional design and user experience through literature reviews. • Designed objects to elicit feeling of surprise. • Interviewed over 20 people to study the 25 positive emotions and explore human-product interactions.
