New York Times, will give a public lecture, dealing with Russia and Red China relation ships, at the University of Montana on March 27. Salisbury, who has traveled extensively in Russia, returned to the U.S. from North Vietnam early in 1967. He speaks at 8 p.m. March 27 in the Music Recital Hall on tb^ Missoula campus. There will be no charge for the lecture, which is entitled "Russia Versus China-- Global Conflict?".
