Anonymous on December 9, 2019 9:26 pm My favorite Ron Leibman movie is “Night Falls on Manhattan.” He plays the rough- and-tough DA and his opening speech standing on the table was magnificent. What a great actor. REPLY Anonymous on December 8, 2019 10:04 am An amazing actor with such versatility. Does seem like yesterday when I saw Supercops, Norma Rae, and Kaz. His “tough” NY accent always stood out. RIP Ron!! REPLY Anonymous on December 7, 2019 7:10 am RIP Sir. REPLY Coogan on December 7, 2019 3:18 am I’ve never really understood a death related to pneumonia. No side effects from it should be fatal since all them can be addressed treated and cured. I think it’s just a catch all terminology to avoid embarrassment REPLY Anonymous on December 7, 2019 8:08 pm It is usually cancer related. REPLY Anonymous on December 7, 2019 2:01 am RIP Ron Cadillac REPLY Anonymous on December 7, 2019 12:22 am I first saw him when I was 8 years old in 1974’s “The Super Cops: The True Story of Batman and Robin”. That’s who he was to me no matter what other role in the last 45 years I noticed he was in. All of my TV heroes will be gone soon. I am privileged to have been born a first year Gen Xer. Rest In Peace Ron Liebman. REPLY Anonymous on December 7, 2019 8:47 am I so appreciate your lovely comments about Mr. Lieberman (R.I.P.) and I am at the same time baffled as to what, if anything has being a gen xer to do with the topic? Its completely out of context…surely a typo? Just wondering. REPLY Paul Koontz on December 7, 2019 5:29 am I remember that movie I’m pretty sure it was New York City that took place in, Yeah with all the people we grew up with in the movies when we were kids dying has definitely resonated with me and my own mortality, it just doesn’t enter your mind when you’re young! REPLY Paul Koontz on December 6, 2019 10:01 pm Great actor I was 16 when he played such a convincing role in Norma Rae as a union organizer I wanted to join a union! Godspeed and R.I.P. Sir REPLY Anonymous on December 6, 2019 8:45 pm With respects to Mr Pacino, Ron Liebman’s “Roy Cohn,” was steely cold, heartless, mean beyond contempt: live in theater.
