The Official Almost Guaranteed Predictions for 2013 noodles, Friday 09 August 2013 - 04:32:48 NFC Overview: The new realignment gives us a division of Pennsylvania teams that should be a black and blue example of parity and a division of Italians joined by a guy who can pronounce the word "ciao." The Lambeau division should be the most competitive in the league and will probably yield the NFC's Super Bowl contender. Landry

PST - 9-7 With 19 new $.100k FAs on the team, it is a surprise just how solid the starting 22 are. If, and it's a BIG IF, QB can avoid too many big errors, the Lions will yet again contend for the division title. PST should have a top five pass defense.

KUT - 8-8 The Renegades have improved substantially and could compete for the division crown with a little luck and good coaching. Stevan Ridley, C.J. Spiller, and Trent Richardson present a strong trio of RBs that should serve them well over the next few years. Expect a lot of two TE formations as TEs Jermichael Finley and Brent Celek are their best receivers. The defense is stout but the offense will falter.

BEN - 7-9 The Bobcats will have a difficult time matching their division winning record from last season with an injury prone roster and a running back by committee strategy that gets real thin real fast.

WAR - 6-10 Another greatly improved team. especially on the defensive side. Expect the offense to run out of gas and players about mid-season but be a tough opponent until then. The DBs and Offensive lineman are the strength of this group. Lombardi

CAR 6-10 New QB acquisition Alex Smith is a marked improvement over Mark Sanchez and inherits an array of playmakers including RB Marshawn Lynch. Things aren't so rosy on the defensive side.

SWF 6-10 Last year's champion will not repeat with a weak running game forcing QB Matt Schaub to throw the ball 40 times a game.

LAK 5-11 It will be tough to pass against a strong secondary but the rest of the D is porous. QB Phillip Rivers has two stars in sensation RB Alfred Morris and WR Demariyus Thomas but not much beyond that. http://aaroncraneinstitute.com/football/news.php?item.158 Page 2/4

CIN 3-13 After an 0-16 last season, things can only improve. The Swarm will win some games this year, just not that many. Lambeau

BAY 14-2 Last year's Super Bowl runner-up should be considered the presumptive favorite this year to win it all. The team is solid across the board but could get bit by the imjury bug. The pass defense should be the league's best.

ATL 11-5 You'll need to focus on rushing to beat a stingy pass defense. On the other side, the offense has a wide group of talent that is balanced between run and pass.

BAR 10-6 A powerful offense depends upon a mediocre crop of QBs. Meanwhile, the defense will be one of the league's toughest.

BRX - 9-7 New member Nino Valentino has a roster strong enough to make the playoffs again if he can overcome a thin running game. He'll also need the erratic QB Matthew Stafford to find a connection with WRs A.J. Green, Larry Fitzgerald, and Danny Amendola.

------AFC Overview: The West Coast Madden division looks to be the second toughest division in the KRFL this season. Expect three out of four teams to make the playoffs and one of them to make it to the Super Bowl. Parity reigns in the rest of the conference so six teams will be duking it out for the remaining playoff berths. Madden

CCC - 13-3 The Cougars move to the AFC to join other west coast teams in the new league realignment. A solid defense is anchored by sack specialists DT and LB Anthony Spencer. The offense gives the younger Manning an array of WR options with , Eric Decker, Jeremy Maclin, and the exciting Randall Cobb. Joined by TE Jermaine Gresham, this is likely the best receiving group in the KRFL.

SAL - 11-5 After a disappointing 2012 the Steers are poised for a comeback. Fear their running game with Adrian Peterson and a solid OL with G Alex Boone and T Andre Smith. A deep crop of WRs could produce big numbers if the erratic Sam Bradford can be more of a game manager than the lynchpin upon which the offense depends. The Defense looks strong on paper but is injury prone and vulnerable to the pass.

SEA - 10-6 http://aaroncraneinstitute.com/football/news.php?item.158 Page 3/4

The Grunge had a huge turn around in 2012 after a franchise low point in 2011 but will fall back this season. An embarrassment of riches with and RGIII sets the Grunge up for an ongoing QB controversy. A thin but potent receiving group includes Stevie Johnson and the ageless HOFer Tony Gonzalez. G's Evan Mathis and Mike Iupati provides the league's strongest tandem up the middle for RB . The Defense is impressive in the back seven but should be vulnerable to the run.

WSS - 3-13 The Seahawks will tread water this year but have a bright future in QB . For now, they lack the talent, both offensively and defensively, to get current starting QB into the playoffs. Halas

RGG - 9-7 If QB can stay on his feet, the Grimps have a chance to make the playoffs. A much stronger defense and running attack will keep them competitive.

VAN - 8-8 Previous owner, Steve Jenkinson, returns with a Lumberjack team that could vie for the division crown if they can avoid injuries. The running attack is tepid but QB Cam Newton has solid targets in WRs Brandon Marshall and TE Rob Gronkowski.

LVR - 8-8 New team owner, Dan Roach, inherited a playoff team that will struggle to win the division title again even with the amazing JJ Watt at DE. QB Aaron Rogers has weapons like WRs Percy Harvins and Wes Welker but the roster looks shaky and injury prone after that.

INV - 5-11 The Infidels did little to improve their team in the free agent draft so will likely fall short of the playoffs this year. Shula

NYH - 10-6 Perennial powerhouse New York brings back relocated QB but without his usual complement of offensive weapons. Surprisingly, the defense should be the strength of this year's team.

TUR - 9-7 The Bravehearts put an emphasis on the running game with a strong offensive line for RBs Jamaal Charles and DeAngelo Williams to run behind. A so-so front seven on defense is backed by an A grade pass defense.

CLE - 8-8 In a new conference, the Rocks could make some noise with a much improved OL and a blockbuster trade that brought them rookie QB Russell Wilson from Seattle.

ALA - 5-11 http://aaroncraneinstitute.com/football/news.php?item.158 Page 4/4

An average at best squad helmed by Josh Freeman at QB that will have a hard time getting to .500 despite the talents of RB Chris Johnson and a decent group of WRs. A disappointing followup to last year's top four finish.
