USEFUL INFORMATION

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

It’s the number of participants for whom the client is committed for the corresponding financial coverage & the hotel for the proportionate Food & Beverage service. Moreover, the hotel has the ability to cover, for the better convenience of the guest, an additional number of people, up to 10 % of the minimum number of participants.

It is clarified that, in this case, the final charge is for the actual number of participants.

HALL SEATING PLAN & SEATING CARDS

The hotel will provide the customer a floor plan of the ballroom with the appropriate set up and numbered tables, in order to arrange the seats of the guests invited to the event. The floor plan and the names of all guests in alphabetical order, should be returned to the hotel at least 3 days prior the event.

MUSIC COVERAGE

The hotel may suggest experienced exterior collaborators for your music arrangements. The cost will approximately be:
